1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the provision of spiritual development programs tailored for entrepreneurs, business owners, and directors. The operator is Elyndra, headquartered at Bundesplatz 3, 3005 Bern, Switzerland.

2. Services

Elyndra offers live consultations, workshops, retreats, and mentoring sessions designed to support personal and professional growth through spiritual practices.

3. Information Products

Information Products include digital courses, guided meditations, workbooks, recordings, and other downloadable resources.

4. Physical Goods

Physical Goods include printed materials, tools, and merchandise related to our spiritual programs.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for Services, Information Products, and Physical Goods must be paid in full before delivery. We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund or reschedule at least 14 days before the scheduled session. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, clients may choose to transfer the fee to another session within one year.

6.2 Information Products

Digital courses and downloads may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of the content has been accessed. Refunds are processed through the original payment channel within 10 business days. After this period or if more than 10% has been accessed, purchases are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery.

6.3 Physical Goods

For goods, customers have 14 days from receipt to request a refund. Items must be returned in original condition. Refunds are issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

7. Rescheduling

To reschedule a Service, please submit a request via our Contact Form at least 14 days before the event. Confirmation of the new date will be sent via email.

8. No-Refund Exceptions

Certain bespoke or group programs may be explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. This is due to limited availability and customization costs. In such cases, no refund will be provided, but credits may be offered toward future offerings at Elyndra’s discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Canton of Bern, Switzerland.
